Our services include emergency plumbing repairs, leak detection and repair, drain cleaning and unblocking, pipe installation and replacement, water heater services, toilet and faucet repairs, and bathroom/kitchen plumbing.
4. Service Request and Acceptance
4.1 Request Submission
By submitting a service request through our website, phone, or other channels, you:
- Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- Agree to be contacted by us and/or technicians for service coordination
- Understand that submission does not guarantee service availability
- Accept that pricing may vary based on specific requirements
4.2 Service Acceptance
We will make reasonable efforts to schedule your service promptly. However, we do not guarantee:
- Immediate availability of plumbers during peak periods
- Service completion within specific timeframes (unless explicitly agreed)
- Availability for all types of plumbing systems or specialized installations
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing Information
Prices displayed on our website are indicative estimates based on standard services. Final pricing is determined by:

- Accessibility and location

5.2 Payment Terms

6. Service Delivery and Standards
6.1 Our Technician Standards
All FlowFix plumbers:
- Hold valid trade licenses in UAE
- Are fully trained and certified plumbing professionals

- Follow UAE plumbing safety regulations
- Provide written quotes before commencing work
6.2 Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:

- Report any service issues within 24 hours
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Service Warranty
FlowFix provides warranties on all work:
- Plumbing Repairs: 1-year warranty on workmanship
- New Installations: Manufacturer warranty applies to fixtures
- Pipe Work: 1-year warranty on all pipe installations
- Water Heaters: 1-year warranty on repairs and installations
7.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or negligence
- Normal wear and tear of plumbing components
- Issues caused by external factors (water pressure surges, flooding, etc.)
- Modifications made by unauthorized persons
- Failure to follow recommended plumbing maintenance guidelines
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
8.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel a service request:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment
- Late Cancellation: Less than 2 hours notice may incur a call-out fee
- No-Show: Failure to provide access may result in full call-out charge
8.2 Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Service not performed as agreed
- Defective parts or workmanship (within warranty period)
- Overcharging beyond agreed quote
9. Limitation of Liability

FlowFix's liability is limited as follows:
